 Players are accountable for the equipment inside the simulators. For safety reasons, swinging clubs outside of the simulators is strictly prohibited.

Only one person should occupy the hitting area at a time. Maintain a safe distance from others and be mindful of the person golfing.

 Exercise caution and pay attention at all times. Swinging golf clubs near individuals and high-speed ball exits pose significant hazards.

Prior to swinging any club, ensure no one or obstacle is within your swing range. 

 Be conscious of your backswing and follow-through at all times. 

  Shots must be directed towards the hitting screen. 

 Swinging should occur near the hitting area of the mat.  

   Practice swings must be conducted in the designated hitting areas. 

   Be aware of your standing or walking position, and avoid entering someone else's swing range.  

 Report any accidents promptly.  

 Customers are financially liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the Rules and Guidelines.  

 Customers acknowledge that Bunker 19's venue is under video surveillance. Tampering with the camera system or damaging equipment by disregarding procedures will incur financial compensation to Bunker 19. 

 Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded andutilisedd for promotional purposes without compensation. 

  If bringing your own clubs, ensure club faces are clean before play. 

  Keep food and drinks at provided tables. Food and drink consumption inside the simulator area is strictly prohibited at all times. 

 While we strive for you to complete your "last hole," if another group is booked after you, we will promptly transition the simulator to the next group at the end of your booking time. 

  Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.
